Computational Structural Biology Workshop is a 4-day event hosted by the Protein Structure-Function Research Laboratory (PSFRL), University of the Witwatersrand.
This immersive training will introduce participants to modern computational approaches in structural biology, including protein identification, sequence analysis, homology modelling, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics simulation.
The programme combines expert-led talks, practical computational sessions, publishing guidance, and career discussions to equip researchers and postgraduate students with industry-relevant bioinformatics and structural biology skills applicable to infectious diseases, antimicrobial resistance, and biomedical research.
